Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you join the call within five minutes of the scheduled start time. If you are unable to do so, you will need to reschedule the appointment, and the fee for the missed session will be non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that fees are non-refundable if appointments are missed.
