Originating from Griffin, Georgia, Jada brings over two decades of expertise in enrollment and business services, including college admissions, registrar services, financial aid, human resources, and accounting within the University System of Georgia and the Technical College System of Georgia. As a seasoned consultant and emerging educator, she has successfully supported multiple Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) by streamlining financial aid and enrollment services—enhancing operational efficiency and improving the student experience. Jada also has experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), where she brings patience, clarity, and cultural awareness to support beginning-level English learners in a classroom setting.

Throughout her career, Jada has actively engaged with professional organizations such as GACRAO (Georgia Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) and GAWHE (Georgia Association for Women in Higher Education). In 2021, she was selected as a member of UGA’s The Collective, a leadership development initiative. A proud 2023 graduate of Leadership Griffin and a 2025 graduate of Spalding University's local community leadership program, Jada remains deeply committed to student success. She provides expert guidance to both students and parents, helping them navigate the complexities of the college enrollment process with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Jada holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Valdosta State University, along with certifications in Human Resources and Supervisory Management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Management, further strengthening her ability to support students, parents, institutions, and businesses with strategic guidance and professional insight.

In addition to leading Thrash Consulting Group, Jada serves as an ESL Instructor at Southern Crescent Technical College—demonstrating her commitment to both educational leadership and direct student engagement. She balances her work as a consultant and educator with a deep passion for guiding families and empowering learners at every stage of the academic journey.

Jada is also the proud mother of two, Avery and Zari, and brings both her professional expertise and personal perspective to the work she does with students, parents, institutions, and businesses.
